$329 for a pair , $220 for a single.
If you're interested in purchasing one of the remaining Baltimore Memorial Stadium seats, the main thing to consider is shipping charges. These cannot be shipped with standard UPS methods due to the high risk of damage to the seats. Also, the seats would have to be partially disassembled to fit in a box, and new bolts would be needed for reassembly. This is undesirable for many collectors, due to the appeal of a completely authentic seat. Instead we leave them fully assembled and secure them within a large box on a pallet. It's then a simple process of arranging it to ship by truck to your local terminal where you can safely pick the seat up. The other option is to pick up the seat, at no charge, at our warehouse in Vineland, NJ. Please call or email to arrange a pick up time first.
How to Purchase a Memorial Stadium Seat
The photos above were are projects done for customers by The Seat Doctor. We'd be happy to help you plan yours, and have plenty of experience and tips when it comes to stripping, painting, varnishing, powder–coating, etc. Just as with the STADIA seats, you can chooose to add a number, using our authentic stadium stencils; and get tips on authentic paint codes.
We have a whole series of photos of the demolition, from Feb 2001 to Sept 2001. (Without the annoying printing on them!) (Click on the thumbnails to view the full image)
These are a few of 150 shots we can blow up for you. Taken on Feb8,Mar20,Mar24,Mar31,Apr5, Apr15,June4 and Sept1, as weather permitted. Cost $85 for 16 x 20 prints. Smaller prints available, package deals, whatever you want! (Click on the thumbnails to view the full image)
Whatever your reasons, take a gander at Stadium Seat Boards from Archer Seating—the first of many to come!
We are now selling individual parts and pieces of out stadium seats. This is a unique opportunity for collectors, as the smaller items are perfect for signatures.
Now that we're finally getting into the swing of selling seats online, we realized we can now sell all of our rare tidbits and collectibles. Before we only advertised them through word of mouth, or if someone happened to pay us a visit at the warehouse for a tour. While many of these boards are from stadium where we also have seats, they offer a lightweight and affordable option compared to buying an entire chair. These one of a kind, vintage relics of sports history can now be yours!
Yes...well mostly. All boards are authentic, meaning they were removed from the stadium. However, we have a large supply of surplus wooden boards—all made of elm, stripped and stored indoors, in beautiful condition—from the Dodgers. While they are authentic, they're not game–used (this is stated on their certificate). They were simply stored inside the stadium.
Our website, eBay auctions, and the Certificate of Authenticity you receive with your purchase, will all clarify the history and use of your particular Stadium Seat Board.
You can check our current stock of stadium seat boards and purchase them right here on this page. Click the "add to cart" button to get a pop–up showing you the price before shipping. Note that this simply adds it to the cart, and requires a further step for you to complete the order. If you'd like to call our email us first, to order the boards or discuss anything you'd like, please do so! Phone: 856.692.0242 Email: Seats@ArcherSeating.com
Absolutely! Over the years we've had the pleasure of working with a wide range of customers, helping them decide on row styles, colors, how many seats they'll need and what seat type is best for their budget. We offer surplus stadium seats at fair prices. Call or email (if you can send photos, even better) with any questions.

Sorry about that, prices are available now. Singles we CAN ship UPS, and it's $220 ($329 for a double). Thanks for your patience .

Just trying to inquire as far as what pricing would be on a single set of the Memorial Stadium Double seat. Any help that you could provide to me would be much appreciated.
Sincerely,
Mike Lauer
Hi there. $329 for a single, $220 for a double. Pick-up is welcome!
Pick–up at our location is perfect. Price would be $329 for a double seat, $220 for a single. As shown in the picture, they come with Brackets and black wood feet on each leg. Thanks
--Ben Archer
Doubles are $329, shipping would have to be LTL for a double. So the cost will vary depending on your location. We can ship to your local terminal where you can just pickup the seat. Will get in touch for a more detailed quote. --Ben Archer
I say this because they have the prices listed for other seats but not these. They are probably leaving this page up because attracts web traffic to their site.
If anyone finds out the price (doubtful)...please post it.
Hi there, I admit it is a bit confusing. These are $329 for a double and $220 for a single. However these can't be shipped UPS, which is why they don't have the Google Checkout buttons like the other seats.
We removed the seats from the stadium in doubles, and haven't dissasembled them in order to keep the original bolts. To ship them UPS we'd have to take the apart. Once apart you can't re-use the old bolts.
So what we do is put them fully assembled in a 4x4 pallet. This allows them to remain assembled, and avoids the damage that comes from shipping these UPS. (most of our seats have no problem surviving the back of UPS truck, but it's not worth taking the risk on these antique chairs.)
I just put this website together a few months ago, and hadn't realized these comments were building up, or that I didn't even have prices displayed here. Thanks so much for your patience while we worked out the kinks (mainly I wasn't getting notified of new comments).
Regards,
Ben Archer
Hi Mike, Hopefully Steve helped you out with this. We didn't have the prices up for a while, sorry about that. But just for future reference it's $329 for a double, $220 for a single, and we can ship singles UPS.
