In the United States, almost all stadiums will use a majority of riser–mount seats, with some floor–mounts to create aisle space at the top row of each section. Neither seat type is stable without bolting it to the floor; or the rise of a step, wall, or post. The right chair–stand or stabilizer will allow you to use your seat comfortably and safely, while not taking away from its aesthetic appeal.
We have two types of Chair Stands/Stabilizers, to match any stadium seat:
Floor–Mount seats are free standing, but aren't very stable unless bolted to the floor, or stabilized using our Wooden Feet. We like using wood feet, as they give the seat stability and mobility, as well as a more balanced and safe look.
Wood feet can also be used with brackets to provide a more substaintial base, and a surface that is less likely to aggravate your nice hardwood floors! Using the wood feet in this way allows you to avoid bolting the seat into the floor.
Shown are a couple examples of how Brackets can be used with Wood Feet. Our Wide Wood Feet fit under the larger Brackets to allow for a more stable and attractive base. This method is popular in commercial settings, such as barber shops, batting cages, and sports bars.
While the Brackets can not be ordered online at this time—due to the need to make sure we're sending you the right kind—our Wood Feet can be purchased online. View Wood Feet Styles
